Eugene is a diligent lawyer with an outstanding career path.  Eugene can practice in both California and Federal Courts.  Besides being an Attorney, Eugene holds a real estate license, is a developer, business person and former County Commissioner for Los Angeles and Sacramento.   He served with distinction on a Business Commission and an Equal Employment Commission.  Eugene has experience tackling legal issues in business, real estate, criminal, research, intellectual property and government.

Eugene has navigated many different paths in his professional career.  He has worked for large organizations, small companies and understands the general needs of clients to anticipate and avoid issues and problems before they occur.
